Hrishi is the founder and CEO of VirtuePro Consulting LLC which he started after being at top consulting firms such as Deloitte and Cap Gemini for 20+ years of his 24 years of professional life. He is an experienced finance process, ERP and digital transformation leader who is passionate about driving change for efficiency, performance, accuracy, and compliance for his clients.
With the goal in mind to enable businesses with the right processes, tool and technology for better decision making and operational excellence, his approach to transformation is to thoroughly understand how client’s business is organized, what are it’s needs and pain points such that sustainable improvement measures can be recommended, implemented, and risk can be managed.
He has successfully led several transformation engagements of varying complexities, sizes (from $100K to $10MM) and managed teams consisting of internal, external and client resources. His leadership on projects spans from visioning to scoping, from design to build & deploy, to transition to support organization. His range of work involves process design, standardization & optimization and automation, developing IT roadmap & strategy, data migration, conversion and standardization, data modeling, ERP software selection, ERP (JDE & SAP) implementations & upgrades, developing environment strategy, and business requirements management amongst many other things with outcomes such as reduced cost of ownership, standardized processes, increased efficiency, and increased visibility into processes and data insights etc.
Hrishi is a creative thinker and problem-solver who combines his knowledge of business processes, financial accounting, and technology prowess to deliver projects and programs on time and within budget.
